Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all daily operations of the manufacturing and packaging process to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase production capacity, eliminate unnecessary costs, and maintain current quality standards.
  • Manage regulatory compliance by implementing CAPAs committed to relevant agencies.
  • Validate processes, cleaning, and equipment to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
  • Establish systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and performance targets.
  • Train production personnel for their roles and develop them to meet organizational objectives.

Additionally, this role involves preparing and establishing production procedures as per regulatory requirements, maintaining requisite spares for uninterrupted production, and ensuring product is manufactured according to instructions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leadership roles, specifically in Injectable and Solid Dose Manufacturing, Planning & Operation Management in Regulatory Work Environments.

The successful candidate will also possess knowledge of Production Optimization, Resource Management, and Quality and Regulatory domains.

Requirements:
  • 15-20 years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
  • Proven exposure to Injectable and Solid Dose Manufacturing, Planning & Operation Management in Regulatory Work Environments.
  • Knowledge of Production Optimization, Resource Management, and Quality and Regulatory domains.
