Leadership Opportunity

The role of Senior Manager is a challenging and exciting opportunity to lead a team in the processing of new business and policy servicing for group business.

About the Role:

This leadership position works within the Operations Department, focusing on Group New Business & Policy Servicing. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and work collaboratively with Sales and Actuarial teams to achieve individual Group processes closure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless policy issuance and resolution of customer and intermediary queries.
  • Implement quality and quantity controls to drive proactive management and problem anticipation.
  • Develop and manage an effective team to meet business needs as they grow.
  • Liaise with finance for policy account balance reconciliation and contribute to the transformation and digitization of group business.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of operations within the financial services industry, with experience within the Group Operation department of an Insurance company. You should also possess excellent data processing skills to deliver operational efficiency and have computer skills in using databases and office management software.
