Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Service Delivery Expert. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve complex issues by communicating effectively with drivers and fleets.
  • Enforce high service standards and confirm that rides have been completed successfully.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and note solutions within our CRM system.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Suppliers, CS Operations, Sales, and other functions, as well as external stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service support and ensure seamless communication between teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the Tourism & Travel sector or Ground Transportation industry is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a customer support representative or in a similar environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent English verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to accommodate a full-time schedule.
  • Effective time management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
