Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive HR professional to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for understanding hiring requirements from hiring managers, sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms, and reviewing resumes and screening candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and develop strategies to meet those needs
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks
- Review resumes and screen candidates to ensure they possess the necessary skills and qualifications
- Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, and job boards
- Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Perform in-person and telephonic interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role
- Maintain relationships with consultants to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Closing Corporate and Club Level Hiring within defined timelines
- Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates to secure top talent
- Stay updated about hiring trends and best practices to remain competitive
- Perform reference and background checks to verify candidate information
Requirements:
- Graduate degree or result awaited candidate can apply
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening required
