Strategic HR Leader Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Leader to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading and managing the HR function, driving strategic initiatives across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a lean team responsible for talent acquisition and management, setting clear key performance indicators (KPIs), balancing workloads, and driving accountability.
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations, including visa management, deputation requests, travel policy compliance, and budget control.
  • Own HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration, including payroll, statutory filings, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Champion employee experience through office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans.
  • Develop and execute a culture-building strategy, including designing targeted initiatives, workshops, and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce attrition.
  • Embed our company values through team-led workshops, leadership forums, and signature events such as the Annual Day and Fun Fridays.
  • Design and approve a total-rewards framework, including salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and communications.
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development initiatives, including curriculum, certification tracking, and impact reporting.
  • Drive corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy and employer branding in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Post-graduation or Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
