Key Responsibilities:

  2. Conduct training sessions with dealer manpower and the BAL team.

    2. Prepare a training plan and calendar based on untrained manpower data.

    3. Provide training to dealer manpower and ensure post-training skill evaluation and record-keeping.

  3. Develop and implement training SOPs in coordination with the Technical team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Essential Educational Qualification: Electrical, Electronics & Computer Science or Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree from a recognized institution.

  • Preferred Institution: National Institute of Technology (NIT) or equivalent.

  • Desired Qualifications: As per business requirements.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a related field.

  • Maximum 6 years of work experience in a related field.
