Job Title: Pan India Finance Operations Lead

Job Description:

  • We seek a highly experienced and skilled finance professional to lead our financial operations across pan India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IGAAP and IND, as well as expertise in fund management, audit, working capital management, banking, MIS, IT, income tax matters, GST, VAT / Service Tax, statutory compliance, and fixed assets management.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing books of accounts and financial reports, finalizing accurately monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly balance sheets, P & L, and other compliance. They will also handle procure to pay, order to cash, Capex management, salary & employee reimbursements, and conduct financial statement variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast, period-over-period actuals).
  • Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, providing cost-saving opportunities to the management, ensuring timely completion of internal and external audits (statutory and tax audits) with zero major non-compliance issues, preparing and finalizing income tax returns, monthly GST returns, monthly TDS, monthly reconciliation of input tax credit, and managing daily cash flow and working capital.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effective leader and team player, skilled in motivating and guiding teams to achieve peak performance.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytics and reporting skills.
  • Expertise with accounting systems (preferably Business Central), POS systems, and cost and inventory systems.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have a high-level attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
