Financial Controller Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial operations across Pan India and be well-versed with accounting principles, internal and external audits, compliance, GST, and income tax requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and implementing effective financial systems and controls. They will also be expected to provide strategic financial guidance to the management team and contribute to the development of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial operations across Pan India, including account receivable, account payable, fund management, internal and external audits, compliance, GST, and income tax requirements
  • Develop and implement financial systems and controls to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the management team and contribute to the development of business strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including GST and income tax requirements
Requirements:
  • Experience in handling financial operations across Pan India
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal and external audits, compliance, GST, and income tax requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or Retail industry
  • Expertise in Accounting System (preferably Business Central), POS Systems, and cost and inventory systems
