To achieve our technology vision, we are seeking a skilled IT Manager to drive and guide our IT operations across India. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

\

Key Responsibilities:\

1) Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters within the organization, providing timely and effective support to users. \

2) Manage and resolve IT escalation issues across all Pantomath offices, ensuring seamless operation and driving team performance. \

3) Provide in-house and outdoor support for corporate resources, tools, and applications, driving performance and excellence. \

4) Develop and implement effective plans for managing IT escalations, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring optimal network uptime across all Pantomath offices. \

5) Oversee the support and maintenance of local, cloud servers, network resources, including LAN/WAN/Internet and Firewall, ensuring 100% network uptime. \

6) Build and maintain relationships with local and outdoor vendors/suppliers, developing and maintaining service level agreements for remote corporate offices. \

7) Install, configure, and maintain computers, networks, printers, projectors, servers, phone and video monitor equipment. \

8) Evaluate, prioritize, and make decisions on new technologies in alignment with business requirements and IT roadmaps. \

9) Manage entire IT activities across PAN India, including central procurement, approval, AMC renewals, and vendor coordination. \

10) Oversee IT vendor management for PAN India level, procuring hardware, software, and services, analyzing costs, and making recommendations to management. \

11) Responsible for purchasing and allocating hardware, software, and IT services. \
