Key Responsibilities:
">- We require a Trade Distributor Claims Manager to lead our PAN India team, ensuring smooth claims flow by Region.
">- The ideal candidate will anchor all trade distributor claims management, lead the team handling TT claims, and monitor and control PAN India claims flow effectively.
">- This role involves liaising with stakeholders and cross-functions for policy closures and interpretation, verifying and processing DB claims, maintaining TAT of 15 working days for clear claims, and ensuring CFM0060 compliance and all relevant SOPs.
">- You will maintain Claims Trackers, perform MIS reporting, NDCs And Balance Confirmation, and Collecting and tracking NDCs and Balance confirmations periodically.
">- Additionally, you will perform Ledger review and control, ensuring ledger hygiene by having periodic review of ledger, and validate the ledgers with One Click to disseminate correct ledger information to field colleagues.
">- In this role, you will analyze collections, follow up on open items and invoices from ledgers, and attend to and update Audit requirements as needed.
">Requirements:
">- A Post Graduation in Finance, Commerce MBA (5-7 years of experience preferable).
