Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to assume the role of Training Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty/personal care retail training, with expertise in leading pan-India TTT programs.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Beauty Advisors (BAs), field sales, and retail partners. This includes creating engaging content, conducting train-the-trainer sessions, and providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and sales performance.

Key responsibilities will include building curriculum and SOPs for product science, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, and VM basics. Additionally, the incumbent will need to create multi-format content, such as decks, playbooks, 2-min WhatsApp videos, role-plays, and quizzes, to effectively communicate key information to BAs and other stakeholders.

The Training Manager will also be responsible for setting up LMS/trackers, publishing training calendars, and reporting impact through dashboards. Furthermore, this role will require managing regional trainers, onboarding channel trainers, and partnering with external academies/vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6–10 years in beauty/personal-care retail training; led pan-India TTT programs
  • Strong grasp of makeup & skincare; able to explain INCI and shade science simply
  • Bilingual: Hindi & English; confident facilitator and on-camera presenter
  • Data-driven; advanced Sheets/Excel; familiar with LMS
  • Weekend/launch flexibility; high travel comfort
