Job Title: Data Analyst

  • Track and report on key business metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM systems to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on CRM tools and best practices.
  • Deliver regular sales reports and insights to support business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, sales, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a sales or marketing context.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data crunching and analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems is an asset.
