Strategic School Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and well-networked individual to manage school partnerships and client relationships. The ideal candidate should maintain an active network of schools (principals, coordinators, and management representatives) and have a proven track record of building and sustaining long-term institutional relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage existing connections to onboard institutions into educational initiatives.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers.
  • Ensure end-to-end onboarding including documentation, registration, and payment realization.
  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned schools, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Monitor school participation, track engagement levels, and gather feedback.
  • Conduct orientation sessions, webinars, and events to strengthen engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely reporting.
  • Drive retention by ensuring continued school participation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of experience in school relationship management, educational sales, or client servicing in the education sector.
  • Mandatory: Established network of schools with strong professional relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
