
Senior Partnership Development Manager – Financial Sector Partnerships

This is a Senior Partnership Account Manager position focused on Financial Institutions. The role involves driving growth and performance of complex partnership accounts, ensuring consistent delivery against account priorities.
- Primary Relationship Owner:
- Facilitate regular engagement and collaboration with partner teams.
- Lead the implementation of partner-facing programs.
- Provide technical guidance and advisory support to partners.
- Maintain high-quality data on partner activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Account Management:
- Building and maintaining trust-based relationships with financial institution partners.
- Ensuring clear communication and mutual accountability with partner teams.
- Leading the implementation of partner-facing programs, including onboarding and capacity building.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in microfinance, inclusive finance, or rural banking.
- Demonstrated experience managing MFI partnerships and large loan portfolios.
- Experience in strategic account management, business development, or credit product innovation.
