Job Overview

This is a Senior Partnership Account Manager position focused on Financial Institutions. The role involves driving growth and performance of complex partnership accounts, ensuring consistent delivery against account priorities.

  • Primary Relationship Owner:
  • Facilitate regular engagement and collaboration with partner teams.
  • Lead the implementation of partner-facing programs.
  • Provide technical guidance and advisory support to partners.
  • Maintain high-quality data on partner activities.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Account Management:
  • Building and maintaining trust-based relationships with financial institution partners.
  • Ensuring clear communication and mutual accountability with partner teams.
  • Leading the implementation of partner-facing programs, including onboarding and capacity building.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in microfinance, inclusive finance, or rural banking.
  • Demonstrated experience managing MFI partnerships and large loan portfolios.
  • Experience in strategic account management, business development, or credit product innovation.
