
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers in key global markets, including North America, Europe, and APAC.
You will develop outbound sales strategies, leveraging cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to drive growth and revenue. Your goal will be to own the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, working closely with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
To achieve this, you will need to have strong presentation skills and be able to understand customer pain points and demonstrate how our solutions can solve hiring challenges. You will conduct product demonstrations and webinars tailored to customer needs, stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends, and develop and present competitive pricing proposals.
In addition, you will handle objections effectively to drive deal closures, work with the customer success team to ensure smooth implementation, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to leadership. Your insights will be invaluable in improving the sales process and customer experience.
Qualifications- 3-7 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, ATS platforms, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a global market.
- Strong understanding of HR technology and recruitment processes.
- Experience handling international clients, preferably in North America, Europe, or APAC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Prior experience selling SaaS products in the HR Tech industry is preferred, as well as familiarity with BrassRing ATS or other leading ATS platforms. Exposure to sales automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is also an asset.
Requirements- Ability to work in multiple time zones to cater to global clients.
