Strategic Growth Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Growth Leader to spearhead customer growth initiatives across acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role combines strategic consulting expertise with hands-on product execution, utilizing data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and product-led retention strategies to unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis, as well as experience in product-led retention and scaling loyalty programs. Additionally, they will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer growth through product-focused initiatives and experiments.
  • Build and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement.
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to execute growth strategies.
  • Lead A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas.
  • Presentation of insights and dashboards to leadership with clear business impact.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and data analysis capabilities.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis.
  • Experience in product-led retention and scaling loyalty programs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
