We operate more than 3,800 sites across retail, wholesale, and fleet segments.

This role plays a vital part in maintaining control over assigned fuel carriers, ensuring accurate billing for Wholesale and Consignment locations.

  • Obtain BOL and related Delivery Ticket paperwork for assigned carriers.
  • Bill all sites associated with their assigned carriers.
  • Ensure deliveries for their carriers are billed according to daily Unbilled spreadsheets.
  • Research tank loss issues for Inventory Accountants.
  • Work with Fuel Supply to ensure carriers pull correct products.
  • Use tools such as Axxis and dealer price letters to bill each delivery accurately.
  • Collaborate with Fuel AP to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Provide support to team members, including covering carriers during PTO periods.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
