Overview of the Position
We seek a highly skilled individual with expertise in billing solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in deploying and maintaining billing systems, integrating them with CRM/ERP systems, and ensuring smooth subscription billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement billing modules, subscription models, and pricing plans for clients.
- Support integrations between billing systems and external systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and payment gateways.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions with business and technical teams to deliver tailored billing solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues in billing systems, ensuring accurate billing cycles and invoice generation.
- Automate recurring billing processes using workflow tools.
- Generate and maintain standard reports related to subscriptions, billing schedules, and revenue recognition.
- Stay updated with industry developments and best practices.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with billing platforms (2+ years).
- Understanding of subscription billing workflows, amendments, renewals, and invoice cycles.
- Exposure to rate plan setup, billing rules, and product catalogs.
- Basic knowledge of integrations with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite preferred).
- Familiarity with APIs, data migration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in billing or revenue management are advantageous.
- Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models is beneficial.
