Job Description:

The Climate Control Systems Specialist designs, implements, and maintains mechanical systems to ensure optimal temperature and air quality in commercial, industrial, and domestic environments.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed technical construction drawings, calculations, and specifications for mechanical systems using computer-assisted engineering or design software/tools.
  • Prepare relevant technical specifications, sequence of operations, and details for projects as per customer requirements and existing conditions.
  • Review design concepts, calculations, and drawings for accuracy, code compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects according to schedule and requirements.
  • Develop cost estimates and Bills of Materials based on design concepts.

Requirements:

  • Experience – 4+ Years of experience in climate control system design
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Strong background in building services and international projects
  • Team handling experience

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
