Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for various security systems across the globe.

About the Role:

The System Support Specialist will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining Access Control and CCTV systems software and hardware. You will also be the primary contact for all Security Technology related issues/outages and provide remote support to internal clients on system configuration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To provide configuration support for Access Control and CCTV systems, diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues pertaining to these systems and other CSI applications.
  • To identify and analyze system failures and provide support to on-site techs for break-fix.
  • To track system issues through to resolution within agreed time limits.
  • To escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • To document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals at the dedicated file depository/knowledgebase.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in Access Control and CCTV systems with installation and maintenance skills. CCURE 9000 and CCURE GO software experience and related hardware integration skills are also essential. Enterprise CCTV systems like Intellicene (Cognyte/Verint), Symphia VMS, Genetec video solutions experience is desirable.

You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, as well as technical trouble shooting and reverse engineering skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required. Motivated self-starter and ability to multitask are also necessary.

Qualifications:

An Engineering Degree in Electronics/Computer Science or any equivalent qualification is required.
