Agile Team Lead

You will lead multiple agile teams across a vertical, helping them adopt the agile mindset and practices.
About This Role- Proficient in lean values & principles with experience in agile frameworks and related tools.
- We are looking for motivated candidates with good communication skills who want to pursue their career as an Agile practitioner.
The ideal candidate should have Software development, Project/Program Management/Delivery, BA/PO experience.
Responsibilities:- Lead multiple agile teams and inculcate the awareness of agility within the team.
- Drive all ceremonies for the teams and track backlog conversion work.
- Helping team and PO/team in story writing and organizing requirement components.
- Coach teams through agile adoption with appropriate frameworks.
- Evaluate and advise Agile Frameworks, tools, and techniques to the team.
- Organizing metrics for team and stakeholders to have transparency and visibility in release work.
- Assess organizational maturity periodically.
- Remove impediments for smoother scrum/iteration cycles.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders on a day-to-day basis doing agile solutioning for deliveries.
- 7-10 years of overall experience in the IT Industry as a Developer/Tester/BA.
- 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master (SM) & agile project management delivery.
- Preferrable to have a candidate from Analytics/Data engineering/BI domain.
- Understanding of design thinking and systems thinking is preferable.
- Good to have Atlassian JIRA, MS ADO, Atlassian Confluence, MS SharePoint, Rally, and MS Excel skills.
- Mandatory: CSM, PSM-I/II/III/SAFe, LeSS, RTE etc. Active certification is a must.
- Relevant Agile advanced certifications (Lean Kanban/Scrum Alliance/ Scrum.org/Disciplined Agile).
- Experience working with multiple delivery and business partners team's project management best practices.
- Working Knowledge of tools like MS Office, and Power BI reports.
- Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Client-facing roles - mandatory.
