About the Opportunity:
**Duties and** Responsibilities**:
- Work collaboratively teams and organizations in leadership coaching, organizational transformation, and Agile Practices at the enterprise and team level
- Have worked collectively in Scrum and SAFe/Less at multiple levels of engagement at the leadership level
- Work as a hands-on organizational change agent working across multiple teams and organizational boundaries
- Have significant hands-on experience in at least one of the roles on a Scrum Team
- Have a good working knowledge of Agile and Lean values, principles, and practices
- Understands the dynamics, patterns, and development of teams
Qualifications:
**Required Skills**:
- Agile Certification (CSP-SM, CSP-PO, Less Certification, SPC4, SA)
- Agile Coach Certification (ICP-ACC, CEC or similar)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Related Field
- 3 - 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach in an IT or Software Development setting
- Experience coaching teams and enterprise level individuals in an Agile environment
- A thorough understanding of Agile Software Development methodologies, values, and procedures (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, LESS, Nexus)
- Experience working with an Agile methodology on large scale, technically complex projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Worked with JIRA, TFS, CA, Smart Sheet, AgileCraft or similar software
**Desired Skills**:
- Experience working in a consulting firm
