Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Project Lead to join our dynamic team. As an Agile Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coaching cross-functional teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Agile practitioner to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Guide teams and organizations on Agile best practices, including Scrum framework and Kanban principles.
  • Remove blockers and impediments to ensure smooth team operation and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize project backlogs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain focus on delivering high-quality software solutions through continuous improvement and process refinement.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and trust among team members.
  • Monitor sprint progress using Agile tools and metrics.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
  • Technical background or hands-on experience with front-end and/or back-end development.
  • Experience in enterprise application development environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing practices.
