Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Agile Project Manager to play a key role in guiding and empowering teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently.

  • Lead and facilitate Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective project management.
  • Identify and proactively address impediments that hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration within the team and between the team and other stakeholders to foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in Agile environments is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective team management.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts effectively is crucial for team success.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM I, etc.) is preferred.
