HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our people operations, working in Pacific Time hours. This role encompasses talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

You will handle hiring, onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits, HR policies, performance reviews, and training programs while ensuring adherence to labor laws. You will also be the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits, performance management, and exit processes.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment: crafting job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and ensuring seamless onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and secure employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, POSH, and other statutory requirements.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events to boost morale and retention.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
  • Coordinate performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and career development frameworks.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies to guarantee legal compliance and clarity for employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience in India across all major HR functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to independently manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
  • Experience designing and implementing engagement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and data analytics for HR reporting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, approachable, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally.
  • Comfortable working in Pacific Time hours to stay aligned with global teams.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.
