Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager II to join our 3P Central team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving compliance culture, managing network performance, and handling commercial negotiations and loss recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Mitigation and Compliance: Identify risks and develop mitigating initiatives related to compliance, engage with TRC and 3P Partners for timely audits, and drive a culture of compliance with partners.
  • Network Performance Management: Oversee and manage the 3P Middle Mile Network Performance, collaborate with MPO, L&D, and 3P Partners, and establish key performance indicators for partners.
  • Commercial Analysis: Own commercials through detailed analysis, work with Procurement to achieve mutually beneficial costs and agreements, and develop benchmarking for indirect and direct cost elements.
  • Billing Account Management: Ensure budget planning for partner accounts, share purchase requisitions and orders, and mitigate cash flow risks.
  • Loss Recovery Mechanism: Develop and implement stringent recovery mechanisms to minimize losses and improve operational efficiencies.
  • New Launches, Closures, and Initiatives: Drive the formulation and implementation of new program launches, design SOPs, and develop scalable long-term initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or transportation logistics.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
