Key Responsibilities of a Business Intelligence Analyst:

  • Achieve results-oriented collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective integration and communication of project visions, roadmaps, and MVPs.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to facilitate the creation of Personas, Story Maps, and Release Plans that meet business needs and objectives.
  • Conduct customer insight-driven refinement sessions and Sprint Reviews to optimize the Product Backlog and drive business growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Foster an agile mindset with in-depth understanding of Agile principles and values.
  • Demonstrate expertise as an IT Systems Analyst or IT Business Analyst in Agile teams utilizing tools like JIRA or TFS.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills for successful team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Effectively capture customer needs and business drivers through skilled requirements gathering.

  • Develop solutions to complex business problems through data analysis and strategic thinking.
