Job Title: Lead Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business intelligence and data analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BI/DW, data visualization, and analytics, with experience working with large datasets and complex systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying dashboards, reports, and visualizations that meet the needs of stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of business intelligence and data analytics solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models, ETL processes, and data visualizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable business intelligence and data analytics solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, performance, and security across all reporting layers.
  • Manage MIS reporting cycles and ensure timely delivery of reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT projects, with 5+ years of experience in BI/DW and data analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Lead Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Specialist in large-scale IT e-governance projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Java-based APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, and Prometheus.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
