We are seeking an experienced Data Specialist with strong expertise in SQL, T-SQL, data warehousing, ETL, and business intelligence solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining data integration and business intelligence solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Integrate heterogeneous data sources into enterprise data warehouses and business intelligence solutions.">
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ETL processes and business intelligence solutions using advanced tools.">
  • Develop and optimize database performance tuning.">
  • Implement dimensional modeling concepts and build OLAP schemas, attributes, facts, and metrics.">
  • Create and maintain documentation, data flow diagrams, and architecture designs.">
  • Collaborate with business teams, developers, and technical staff in an agile environment.">
  • Support activities such as source system analysis, business model design, UAT, and project management.">
  • (Good to have) Develop reports and dashboards using visual analytics tools.">
  • Ensure data quality through best practices and standardized processes.">

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: 4–8 years (Minimum 3+ years of relevant BI/DWH/ETL experience).">
  • Core Skills:">
    • ">
    • SQL, T-SQL (hands-on, mandatory).">
    • Data Warehousing concepts & ETL.">
    • Business Intelligence stack.">
    • Additional Skills (Good to have): Visual Analytics.">
    • Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and business intelligence concepts.">
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.">
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.">
