Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating interactive business intelligence reports and dashboards that provide key insights.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and publishing compelling BI reports and dashboards, writing complex DAX formulas and queries, utilizing SQL to extract, transform, and load data from various sources, designing effective data modeling strategies, and maintaining and supporting existing BI reports and data pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
  • Expertise in creating visually appealing and functional BI reports using Power BI Desktop and Service.
  • Strong knowledge of DAX for data analysis and calculations.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, snowflake schema).
  • Experience with Power Query and data transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and publish interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.
  2. Write complex DAX formulas and queries to create calculated columns, measures, and tables.
  3. Utilize SQL to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  4. Design and implement effective data modeling strategies to ensure data accuracy and performance.
  5. Maintain and support existing Power BI reports and data pipelines.
