We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement MIS reports using advanced Excel functions and formulas.
  • Create dynamic dashboards to track key performance metrics and business trends.
  • Utilize Python programming language to automate reporting processes.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver relevant insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in Excel, including formulas, conditional formatting, charts, data validation, and data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with VBA macros to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Expertise in pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query (if applicable), and creating dynamic dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and perform data reconciliation.
Bonus Points:
  • Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
