HR and Admin Leadership Role

This position oversees the development and execution of HR strategies that align with the company's vision and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead and manage a team of internal recruiters to support hiring activities across APAC.
  • Human Resources: Develop and implement HR strategies that drive employee retention, engagement, and productivity.
  • Administration: Oversee the management of HR systems, processes, and budgets to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage and monitor HR metrics, including turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction.
  • Lead workforce planning to ensure staffing levels align with business needs.
  • Design and implement innovative talent acquisition processes to drive diversity and inclusion.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 20 years of experience in human resources, including 5 years at a managerial level.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws and regulations.
  • Prior experience in data centers or telecom industries is highly preferred.
