About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned Operations Director to drive efficiency and excellence in our academic operations. With 3-5 years of experience in managing and optimizing operational workflows, you will be responsible for overseeing critical metrics such as teacher attendance, student engagement, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and improve Teacher Attendance Rate and Student Attendance Rate to ensure seamless learning delivery.
  • Analyze and design proactive interventions to retain students, minimizing Churn Rate.
  • Enhance Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) through data-driven insights.

Operations Management
  • Ensure timely Report & Certification Dispatch with zero errors, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Streamline Teacher Change Turnaround, minimizing disruptions in learning and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Optimize Issue Resolution Time, providing swift responses and resolutions to operational or customer issues.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement
  • Develop and oversee Feedback Collection Coverage across students, teachers, and parents, fostering a culture of open communication.
  • Analyze operational data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities, driving strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Academic, Product, Sales, Customer Success) to drive excellence in processes and achieve shared goals.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and support the operations team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets, promoting a culture of accountability and ownership.
  • Implement SOPs, compliance checks, and best practices across all operational workflows, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Serve as a bridge between management, teachers, and students, facilitating effective communication and coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in edtech, education, or service-oriented industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in operational KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, LMS platforms, and reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
