About the Role

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of leadership experience in educational settings, with expertise in strategic planning, curriculum implementation, and staff mentorship. They will lead the school's academic vision, drive growth, and ensure effective delivery of the Cambridge International Curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and implement innovative teaching practices
  • Mentor and support educators to enhance their professional growth and student learning outcomes

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Education or Educational Leadership, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in international education, preferably in a Cambridge-affiliated school. They must possess strong communication, strategic thinking, and people management skills, as well as a deep understanding of Cambridge curriculum, pedagogy, assessments, and school evaluation frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional qualifications include experience with curriculum design, instructional coaching, and assessment development.
