We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Academic Delivery / Operations to lead and scale academic delivery processes across online and hybrid models. This is a critical leadership position responsible for ensuring best- in- class academic outcomes, faculty performance, and operational excellence across all programs. Telugu Fluency is mandatory. Role Location : Hyderabad Key Responsibilities 1. Academic Delivery Management - Oversee academic operations across regions and formats (Online, Hybrid, Offline). - Drive consistent, high- quality learning delivery and teaching standards. - Ensure timely course completion, session delivery, and adherence to academic calendars. 2. Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a large team of Academic Managers, Program Coordinators, and Faculty. - Build a performance- driven culture within the academic operations function. 3. Process Optimization & SOPs - Design, implement, and monitor SOPs for academic delivery and escalation management. - Continuously identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvement plans. 4. Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with Product, Tech, Content, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align delivery outcomes with business goals. - Ensure effective communication and coordination between academic and non- academic teams. 5. Quality Assurance & Analytics - Monitor student engagement, attendance, faculty feedback, and NPS scores. - Use analytics and dashboards to improve delivery metrics and student outcomes. 6. Strategic Planning Contribute to strategic decisions regarding new program launches, academic formats, and delivery models. Support scale- up initiatives across new geographies and products.
