About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned academic leader to oversee and manage the smooth operation of our academic programs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of academic delivery, efficient coordination between various stakeholders, and resolving operational challenges to provide an exceptional learning experience for students.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Operational Oversight:
  • Ensure all tasks assigned to team members are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor the daily distribution of educational materials to students and address any gaps in the process.
  • Track assessments conducted and ensure assessment records are updated promptly and accurately.
  1. Data Management and Coordination:
  • Maintain and update student databases to reflect current information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to complete trial sheets and send notifications to new students joining our programs.
  • Maintain a clear overview of all students, teachers, and classes to ensure seamless operations.
  1. Stakeholder Interaction:
  • Address complex queries and resolve issues escalated by team members.
  • Communicate with teachers and parents when required to address concerns or provide updates.
  1. Resource Management:
  • Share relevant resources with teachers and students.
  • Search for and procure educational materials that meet student needs.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Work closely with teachers to maintain high standards of academic delivery.
  • Monitor the overall academic experience to ensure a productive and enjoyable learning journey for students.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in academic management or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive problem solver who can handle challenging situations with confidence.
  • Familiarity with educational resources and teaching methodologies is an asset.
