Job Overview:- Collect outstanding payments from customers by following up on overdue invoices, ensuring timely receipt of funds.
- Resolve customer disputes and issues related to invoicing in collaboration with hotel teams, fostering strong relationships and resolving conflicts efficiently.
- Set and achieve targets for collecting dues, maintaining a high level of performance and efficiency.
- Reconcile customer accounts with hotel teams, obtaining annual balance confirmations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Monitor outstanding ledger balances and incoming payments regularly, making adjustments as needed to optimize financial performance.
- Compile comprehensive group billing reports, focusing on minimizing accounts receivable outstandings and driving business results.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting for collections and receipt processing, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken, enabling seamless interaction with customers and hotel teams.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivables in a hotel setting, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in the field.
