
Drive Collection Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Order Management professional to fill this critical role. As an Order Management specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing accounts receivable portfolios to ensure timely collections.
You will maintain regular communication with customers via email/phone to follow up on overdue invoices, investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues impacting collections, maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions, prepare ageing reports and provide regular updates to management, support month-end and quarter-end closing activities related to AR, and ensure compliance with company policies and SOX controls.
This role requires a strong understanding of the order-to-cash process and ERP systems, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools, and 2-4 years of experience in OTC collections or accounts receivable.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
