Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Mysore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing accounts receivable portfolios, collecting overdue invoices, and resolving payment discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely collections.
  • Customer Engagement: Contact customers via email/phone to follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., billing, cash application, sales) to resolve issues impacting collections.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
  • Reporting: Prepare ageing reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Closing Activities: Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities related to AR.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX controls.
