As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for various teams within the organization.

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the team.
  • 'Roll up your sleeves', be hands-on, and take ownership of your work.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with global finance teams to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate reporting standards and local regulations.
  • Mentor and train team members on standard FP&A principles and operating procedures.

Our ideal candidate has 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles, with expertise in ERP systems and BI tools.

">Qualifications:">
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • CA, MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus.
