We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Finance Manager to join our Finance team, focused on the Merchant Acquiring vertical. This role will play a key part in shaping pricing strategy, reducing revenue leakages, and driving data-led financial decisions across transaction-level merchant operations.
You will work at the intersection of pricing, analytics, and strategic finance — influencing revenue realization, merchant-level profitability, and supporting decision frameworks through insights and automation.
Design and implement pricing frameworks for merchant acquiring and digital payments.
Work closely with product and business teams to evaluate pricing for new launches or experiments.
Analyze transaction-level data to identify mismatches, undercharges, and revenue leakage.
Support implementation of controls and fixes to plug leakages across systems and merchant billing.
Business Partnering
Act as a finance partner to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ops teams on pricing and profitability.
Participate in key business reviews, offering financial insights and pricing recommendations.
Drive automation and visibility across pricing and revenue dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI.
Relevant work experience: 5–8 years of experience in business finance, pricing, or FP&A roles. Exposure to fintech, payments, or merchant businesses is highly desirable.
Qualification: CA/MBA (Finance) or Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative fields.
Proven ability to conduct financial modelling, pricing strategy, and margin analysis.
Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL; familiarity with analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Sharp business acumen with strong ownership and cross-functional influence.
