We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team.

  • This is a key role within the finance function, working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver financial insights and analysis.\
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and financial reporting.\
  • They will be able to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.\
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-driven, and able to work in a dynamic environment, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\
  • They will also be a strong team player, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues at all levels.\
  • In addition to financial skills, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.\
  • They will be able to manage their time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.\
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required, with a professional certification such as CA or CFA being highly desirable.\
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.\
  • They will have a strong understanding of financial concepts, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.\
  • Experience with SAP and MS Office is essential, with proficiency in Excel being particularly important.\
  • The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment.\
  • They will be able to influence key stakeholders, manage their time effectively, and prioritize tasks.\
