Overview WELCOME TOWe re the team that keeps airports moving airlines flying smoothly and borders open Our tech and communication innovations are the secret behind the success of the worlds air travel industry You ll find us at 95 of international hubs We partner closely with over 2 500 transportation and government clients each with their own unique needs and challenges Our goal is to find fresh solutions and cutting-edge tech to make their operations run like clockwork Want to be a part of something bigAre you ready to love your job The adventure begins right here with you at SITA ABOUT THE ROLE TEAMAs Senior Analyst Business Finance you will be responsible for providing financial support to the business area ensuring compliance with deadlines and accounting standards whilst pro-actively challenging the business and its financial performance You will deliver efficiency gains through continuous work practice improvements adopt and share best practices whenever applicable and always ensure scrupulous compliance to SITA policies processes and guidelines Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Finance you will be a part of the Business Finance department responsible for the finance legal and corporate services So whether you are curious or seriousapply now WHAT YOULL DOProvide financial support to the relevant business team by Ensuring timely and accurate accounting entries for the business team producing and controlling the period end results Monthly Year-end Performing analysis and reporting of financial results Providing Financial controlling and support for projects Participating in monthly reviews with P L or cost owners Completing and supporting the forecast process at required granularity level Supporting key business partners with ad-hoc queries and analysis Completing the budgeting process including support for the settlement of interlock reviews with relevant parties Play an active role in Cost Controlling Verify the accuracy of cost accounting -
