We're Hiring: Business Analyst – Adfactors PR, Mumbai
The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
What you'll do:
Analyse business and operational data to generate actionable insights.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership.
Facilitate and participate in business review meetings with senior stakeholders.
Support teams in understanding trends, opportunities, and business growth areas.
Collaborate across functions to ensure insights translate into effective decisions.
Location: Mumbai.
What we're looking for:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (AI in Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools preferred).
Excellent communication skills – ability to simplify complex data into clear insights.
Proven experience in managing review meetings and preparing business strategy inputs.
Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of business growth drivers.
Experience: 2–4 years in business analysis, consulting, strategy, or related roles.
Qualifications:
MBA in Finance or equivalent from a premier institute (IIMs / IIT is an added advantage).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
