Job Title: Global Benefits Administrator

Summary:

  • 4–10 years of experience in global benefits administration is required to excel in this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage employee benefits programs across multiple regions, including Europe, the United Kingdom, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an individual who can oversee and manage employee benefits programs across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Collaboration with teams to administer various benefits, including payroll processing, claims, vendor file SFTP, pension enrollments, wellness benefits, group health insurance, medical benefits, pre and post pension payroll checks, and supplier invoicing collaboration with finance teams is crucial for success in this position.

Stakeholder and Vendor Management:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed SLAs, is a key aspect of this role.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR business partners, finance teams, and leadership is vital for effective communication and issue resolution.

Employee Engagement and Communication:

  • Leading onboarding sessions to educate employees about benefits programs will be a key responsibility of the successful candidate.
  • Conducting monthly meetings with employees, vendors, and clients to address issues, share updates, and drive alignment is essential for maintaining open communication channels.

Tool and Technology Expertise:

  • Managing and utilizing tools such as Darwin, Workday, and ServiceNow for benefits administration, reporting, and analytics is necessary for success in this role.
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all platforms is critical for effective decision-making.

Operational Excellence:

  • Flexibility to work with global teams, ensuring availability for urgent matters across time zones, is a must for this position.
  • Proactively resolving issues related to benefits administration with a focus on employee satisfaction will be a key responsibility of the successful candidate.

Experience:

  • 4–10 years of hands-on experience in global benefits administration, managing diverse geographies, is required for this role.
  • Native-level fluency in English (both verbal and written) is necessary for effective communication.
  • Knowledge of any regional language (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic) is an added advantage.
