Finance Associate Role

Our organization is seeking a Finance Associate to support the growth of our ventures.

  • Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking to maintain fiscal discipline.
  • Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and monthly financial dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for ventures to drive strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and statutory filings to minimize risk.
  • Assist in audits, financial documentation, and regulatory requirements to maintain transparency.
  • Work closely with business teams to provide financial insights for informed decision-making.
  • Implement internal financial controls to drive efficiency and reduce risks.

A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom) or professional qualification (ICWA) is required. Additionally, experience in finance, accounts, or related roles, with strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance is essential.

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, financial models), detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
