About the Business Finance Role

As a Business Finance expert, you'll be part of a 50+ professional team working in domains such as Financial Reporting, Finance Operations, Business Finance, Treasury Management and Taxation.

You will get to work closely with sharp minds from the finance industry, solving complex challenges.

  • Translate business strategy into financial targets and tactical plans and support execution in a controlled risk and reward-based manner.
  • Provide relevant financial support to enable effective planning while applying moderate budgeting and forecasting techniques.
  • Have an evolving view on managing planning ambiguities emanating from lack of perfect information, conflicting business objectives, and evolving environmental dynamics.
  • Adapt market or industry best practices for organizational use, training teams, and building capability across knowledge areas.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge and develop financial models using simulation tools, business case development, financial analysis, scenario planning.
  • Work on intrinsically hard problems amidst significant ambiguity and often conflicting end goals; entailing significant business risk/impact.

What You Need:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 4 years of Business Finance experience, Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in Finance.
  • Strong analytical rigour and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Proven ability to form strong collaborations with stakeholders.
