We are seeking an experienced Digital Finance Leader to join our team and drive the development of innovative solutions in open banking.

Job Description

This pivotal role involves leading the analysis and design of cutting-edge solutions that comply with regulatory frameworks and align with the strategic objectives of our banking clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, regulatory interpretation, and stakeholder management, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed analyses of open banking regulations (such as PSD2, PSD3, and Open Banking UK) and interpret regulatory requirements into actionable business insights.
  • Produce comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with regulations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Support internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Experience with PSD2, Berlin Group NextgenPSD2, and Open Banking UK is a must.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
