Are you a digital marketing leader looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Google Ads Specialist to join our team.

This is a high-profile role where you will be responsible for leading high-budget, multi-country paid media campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive campaign success, including targeting, ad copy optimization, and budget allocation.
  • Manage and scale ad budgets of $100K–$300K+ per month, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Utilize GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion APIs to track and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, e-commerce, and strategy, to drive business growth.
  • Report campaign insights and performance directly to regional leadership, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, with a proven track record of managing six-figure monthly ad spends.
  • Expertise in full-funnel performance marketing and ROAS-driven strategies, with a strong understanding of digital consumers in Indian and Southeast Asian markets.
  • Familiarity with the FMCG, beverage, or wellness sectors is preferred, but not required.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and project management skills.
