
Senior Vendor Manager

The primary objective of this role is to effectively manage and optimize vendor relationships, ensuring seamless integration with internal teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Vendor Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors to meet business requirements.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing vendors to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring and Quality Control: Regularly assess vendor performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Rate Negotiation and Budget Optimization: Analyze market trends and negotiate favorable rates with vendors.
- Vendor Allocation and Scheduling: Efficiently allocate vendors to projects, ensuring timely completion and optimal resource utilization.
- Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Technology and Tools: Stay up-to-date with industry-leading technologies and tools to enhance vendor management processes.
- Crisis Management and Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
- Vendor Development and Retention: Continuously evaluate and improve vendor relationships, focusing on long-term retention and growth.
